• Replacements are Shipped NBD, from USA/Louisville warehouse.
• Customers must return the defective to USA/Louisville.
• Cost of defective return to be borne by RKUS.

• Defective return instructions are auto sent to customers asking to return the defectives to USA/Louisville.
• COD for low value products are sometimes exceptionally approved by CSM’s, SSL’s Accounts Team & RMA OD
• Replacements will be shipped from USA/Louisville warehouse within 15 business days after receipt of defectives

• Replacement fulfilled from in-country warehouse Mexico City.
• Replacements are Delivered NBD.
• Defectives will be picked-up from customers.
• Ruckus will bear the pick-up charges.
