WorkaroundIn case of unsuccessful activation, contact Ruckus Customer Support
ResolutionThe reason for the unsuccessful activation is that the Sales Order has both End User and Partner Support which needs to be split and processed.
Reach out to your Partner/Distributor to report this issue on the Sales Order. They in turn need to work with our Accounts Receivables (#[email protected]) team to fix the issue. That is to cancel the order and assist with placing 2 different orders, one for End User Support and the other for Partner Support.
Note: Only the Partner and the Distributor are authorized to reach out to Ruckus Accounts Receivable team.
