Troubleshooting StepsThe 16.05 release of Ruckus Cloud Wi-Fi includes the new requirement for any customers using fixed Ruckus Cloud IP addresses in either their firewall or content filter configuration to update their firewall/filtration configuration rules.
ResolutionWe recommend you to update any firewall and content filter rules in place to allow communication between the APs and the Controllers
