Please Check the SPA Email to ensure that the End User and the VAR account is updated.Contact Ruckus Customer Support if the VAR or End user name is missing.
Resolution
If you are getting the error message that VAR or End User not updated on the Sales Order is because these details are missing on the sales order.
The only solution to ensure the activation is completed through the support portal is to update the missing information.
