How to download a ZD entitlement file?

WorkaroundIf the message does not go away, please contact Ruckus customer support
ResolutionIf you know you have an active support contract on the controller, please follow the below steps to download the entitlement file. By uploading this entitlement file on the controller, the warning message should go away.
Step 1. Log in to Ruckus support portal - https://support.ruckuswireless.com. On the home page, scroll down to Tools and select Support Service" Missing or Expiring
Step 2. Enter the controller/ZD serial number
Step 3. Click on Submit to download the entitlement(.SPT) file
Step 4. Now log in to the ZD GUI using Chrome or Firefox (IE is not recommended) and Navigate to >> Administer >> Support and click on Choose File
Step 5. Select the entitlement file from the downloads section and upload it on the controller.
The warning message should go away after the file upload, also the support start and end date should be displayed on the UI.
Note: The entitlement server takes about 24 hours from the support activation time, to generate the new entitlement file.
