Resolution


There are five possibilities in which the clients would not be able to see the ssid even though the AP is active on  zone director. They are

1.  SSID is Hidden

2.  Service schedule  is set to " Always off"  under advanced options.

3. WLAN itself is disabled in the configuration.

4. Clients does not support the radio in which the ssid is broadcasting.

5. Access point is operating on a channel which does not support the local regulatory domain.
