How to create an Air Magnet Account
If you do not have an AirMagnet account, please follow these steps to create your account. Once this account is created, you will be able to activate the support for your Zone Planner.
  1. Goto

  2. Click on the link REGISTERING YOUR PRODUCT and please have the SN for the Zone Planner/AirMagnet ready

  3. You will see the screen below, provide a valid Product SN and click Next

  4. In the next page, provide the necessary information to set up the MyAirMagnet account

    Contact Name
    Email id
    Phone number
    Company Name
    MAC address (not needed to create an account)

  5. Your AirMagnet account will now be created.

  6. You may need to validate your account via email activation. You should be able to log in to your “My AirMagnet” account and activate your support
