Resolution

If you have not received the license file(s) on the replacement unit as that of your defective ZoneDirector, please download the licenses from the support portal and upload it on the controller.

Refer the article 000003116 which explains about downloading license file from the support portal.

Need assistance in uploading the licenses, then refer article 000002728
